1990 Chevy Silverado Won't Start
Engine Mechanical problem
1990 Chevy Silverado 8 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 150000 miles
Engine cranks but won't start. Changed spark plug wire, spark plugs, ignition coil, distributor cap, rotor, high voltage coil lead, distributor body, ignition signal sensor and ignition module tested fine. what else could it be?

You did the ignition system but did you check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel system-could be no fuel causing it not to start

It started! Turned out to be a bad pick up coil.
