1990 Chevy Silverado will not start

Truck did not start. Put gas into carb truck started and ran fine, but as soon as I turned off the key and tried to start it again it would not start. Whats going on?

Do you hear the fuel pump come On for a few secs ? If not look for power at the gray wire at fuel pump connector not there check the fuel pump relay. Also see below
