Hi, I have a 4.3L v6 and I have an added cold air intake and throttle body spacer to my engine. I have determned that the problem doesnt come from the air intake. However my problem is as follows. I drive down the road and get on the gas too hard and the engine bogs down and actually acceleration decreases. However when I let off the gas and drive normal the engine seems to drive ok with a little less HP. I have brand new sparkplugs and wires, brand new batter and alternator and new U joints we cant figure out the problems please help!

Have you tried changing your fuel filter? It sounds like when you get on it it is starving for fuel.

Yes I have replaced the fuel filter not too long ago with the fuel pump however I think ur probably right on the starving for fuel statement, we think we've narrwed it down to the outside filter or the fuel injectors
