1991 Chevy S-10 see spark around spark plugs and coil

At night, If you open my hood and look at igntion coil in between coil itself and metal casing, You can see blue spark. The same when you look at ends of plug wires around plugs. I have new coil, cleaned all wires/connectors/grounds, and hace new wires. Any ideas I try anything
