Iv put in new distributor cap new roter an spark plugs, pulled out spark plug from motor an put spark plug back in cable had friend start the truck. I see no spark, what else can I try?

Does the rotor turn, when cranking? Do you have primary voltage at the coil? Usually goes hot with the key on. Use testlight on negative side of coil/tach terminal, does it pulse with cranking?
