TRUCK PULLS LEFT

My 1994 4.3 L chevy pckup pulls left at any speed when braking only. No noise or vibration of any movement is noticeable. Upper, lower, inner tire rods were replaced 2 years ago. Tires are new with correct air pressure. Brake system is a 1-1/2 old. Vehicle has 130,000 miles. What could be the culprit, thanks, Mike.
