Chevrolet Colorado 2005 Cigarette Lighter Fuses

Both cigarette lighters are not working. I believe I might have blown the fuses using my D/C - A/C converter. Where do I find the fuses on the truck so I can replace them??

The fuse block should be located beneath the left side of the dash.
