Car will not crank or start

[i:562d46715e]last week while driving down the freeway someone shot at my car and put 2 bullets in the hood and one on the side of the car now I my car can not crank or start but the lights comes on but they are dim, the radio comes on and the engine lit what could be wrong with the car[/i:562d46715e]
