My front end of my car fell into huge pot hole where it had to be towed out. I have been having to replace tires for front end-mainly because I keep getting used tires-i replaced the tire on the front drivers side and was told that the rim was warped so replaced the rim-it still shakes when driving down road-will a wheel alignment help

A wheel alignment, or at least an inspection, may identify a possible worn or damaged part. If you are having to replace tires(sounds like more than one), then you could be wearing them faster as a result of a misalignment, and this could be due to worn/damaged front end parts.
