1995 Chevy Monte Carlo manifold

Does anyone know what the part is called that is connected to the intake manifold on the left hand side. It is a black plastic piece tht two vacuam hoses are connected to.

Is there a way you can take a picture of it so we can see. Other wise stop at your local dealer they can pull a parts catalog out and you can show them what your looking for.
