1985 Chevy Monte Carlo Two Wheel Drive Automatic 65000 miles

Car will not start. I'm getting good fuel and some fuel out of the injectors. The ca r wants to start if fuel is poured into throatof T.B.I. Do you think the pressure regulator could be bad? The injectors and the fuel pump are new.

That could be the problem or you might have a timing issue or bad spark. All the engine needs to fire is spark and the fuel mixture. We need more details about the engine and what you think is going on.
