The vehicle is running real rough after the spark plugs, coils, & mass air flow sensor was replaced. The fuel pressure is fine. What could be the issue? There were no CAT codes, just missfire codes that are taken care of now. The vehicle would not start & had the missfire codes initially. It just runs real rough now, not to the point of dying, but rough.

Misfire codes can be also from fuel injector problems or fuel problems. A plugged fule filter will also cause the same thing. The onely thing you can do is find a mechanic to see if he can put professional fuel injector cleaner in your engine and see if that cures it. Most of the over the counter stuff doesn't really help your problem. You could have injectors that'aren't working or getting power to them.
