I'm having trouble starting my Malibu. When you turn the key it makes a clicking sound but nothing else happens. I believe it's my starter, but i'm not for sure. It could possibly be the battery or maybe something else. If it is my starter, how do I take it out to replace it without removing other things? It doesn't look like there is enough room to take the starter out. Can anybody help?

Check for a bad battery and corroded or loose battery cables and connections on battery, starter, and starter solenoid.

If those are good suspect a bad solenoid or starter.

Have the solenoid checked, if thats good its the starter.
