I keep on hearing this whirling or grinding noise. It gets louder when I go faster. We have changed the cv joint and the bearings. There is no dirt in the breaks. I have narrowed the noise to the inner cv joint area. Someone told me I might be low on fluid in the differential area. Not sure what to think?

Hi well there is a bearing right inside the diff assy this bearing commonly goes bad. The diff on this vehicle is automatically lubricated by the trans itself. The prob in the diff is actually conciddered in the automotive industry as a trans prob. Good luck billymac

Another thing that would be helpful to check out is a wheel bearing going bad. Commonly you will hear a "growling" noise with that too.
