I was wondering what it means when you hear like a popping/cracking noise when you turn. I dont hear it every time but alot, coming from like the wheels them selves, and makes the noise if I just shake the wheel while stopped, what could be wrong? Thank you for your time.

Could be the wheel bearings are bad. Lift and support the vehicle and see if the wheel is "loose" If it is that way top to bottom as well as front to back, the wheel bearings are probably bad. At that mileage you may need axles too, the outer CV joints will wear out and pop when turning
