I CHANGED THE OIL, TUNE UP, WATER PUMP AND THERMOSAT NOW THE CAR IS RUNNING VERY HARD AND HOT I CHECKED THE OIL AND I SEE ANTIFREEZE IN THE OILCAN YOU HELP ME

Your intake manifold gasket let go. These gaskets are made from plastic and rubber and every one has to be replaced, usually by 100,000 miles. Hope this helps ps they have updated the gasket so this wont happen again.
