1996 Chevy Lumina no power

I did a tune up on my car about 3 months ago and recently it hasnt been down shifting when you press on the gas pedel hard like it should. Every once in a while it will but only when I first start it I have change the transmission filter and fluid with no change and have found no vaccuum leaks?

No the only light that has been on is the check engine light and it was on before this problem and the only code was for the ac fan which I never use

Check the linkage to the transmission to make sure nothing is loose or disconnected.

Nothing seems loose all bolts are tight and the cable is free from kinks

I hate to say it, but you need to have the trans control module checked.
