1993 Chevy Lumina 3.1 litre timing chain syncronization

I have a 3.1 litre v6 that I am replacing the broken timing chain on and need to know how to syncronize the crank and Cam.

I can post that a bit later to day my time, I need to be on the computer at home as that is where I have to access the data base, as I am in Aust, you will see that as soon as I can get home this evening.
