Chevrolet Impala Repair Question

No power
Seedrum back,
After lots of thought, and being an electrician, I couldn't give up. Went through the vehicle again and found fog lights installed by a previous owner were the problem( 2 different feeds to units and one of them shorting out) Removed offending wiring, charged battery, instant start.
