Fuel pump problem in 90' F-150

I have a 1990 F-150 with the 4.7L V6 with EFI and duel tanks/fuel pumps. The problem is the fuel pumps are not working. The truck was running perfect then parked for about a month and after that would not start again. When I turn the key to the on position the pumps don't cycle like they are supposed to. My main question is where is the fuse for the fuel pumps on this model? It is not on the main fuse panel and I have been unable to loacate it under the hood so far. I figure I should check this first before getting into anything more major.

Try checking the fuel pump relay by the black box under the hood on drivers side. There may be 3 different relays in a bank.

I am gonna try to look at this tomorrow when I am off from work. My question now is how would I test the relays?
