We bought this car yesterday. Last night when we brought the car home. The radio would not turn off!
We finally had to disconnect the battery. Now we can't drive the car until Monday when the dealer opens. Was this car a lemon? We couldn't figure out which fuse to pull. The manual was a bit confusing.
Please tell us how to turn the radio off.
Thanks so much!

Did this start all of a sudden. During the day did the radio stay on? Try reconnecting the battery to see if the radio will be off. If the radio stays on you can still use the car if needed to. From the top of my head I think it is in the delay relay that when you shut the car off the accesories stay on until you open the door, even after the key is removed from the ignition. I would take it back to the dealers and let them check it out. It does not mean you have a lemon.

Thanks for your response. I found the fuse on the passenger side the next morning. We pulled the fuse and we have an appointment to get the radio fixed at the dealer. The dealer thinks that it is a short in the wires of the radio. We did reconnect the battery in the am, too and the car is running fine.
Thank you again for your help.
