My car front passenger side floor board is getting wet when we have had no rain to speak of. Wy wife said she has been using the a/c. Am I safe to assume the drainage line is plugged? Or do I have a different probelm. Where is the drainage line located or is this need to be addressed at a shop?

Open the hood and look on the firewall (passanger side) for a black rubber tube pointing down toward nothing. Chech of there is a blockage near the end from dirt building up. Also, make sure it is just water and not coolant on the floor. Coolant could be leaking from the heater core.
