I have a 2001 Chevy impala and the dealership believe I have bad lifters. My question is by replacing my lifter meaning putting new parts on old parts will that mess my engine up so I would have to get something else fix?

They would be replacing with new lifters. You should be fine

Thank You because I remember when they did my transmission they put the new parts on the old parts and it messed the new and old parts up. So I was just wondering Thank You So Much.
