Hi, the wiper on the pasenger side works, but the driver siide doesn't. I was told it is probably the arm has come off. How can I get to that? and is that all I will have to replace?

First of all thank you so much for your donation.Let's check an see if the wiper arm nut's are tight before we go taking thing's apart.Make sure that both wiper arms are in the rest position at the bottom of the windshield then pop the caps on the wiper arm's up and see if the nut's are loose causing the problem.Let me know what you find.
