My A/C compressor bearings went bad and I don't have the money to buy a new compressor. Therefor, I'm planning to use a bypass pulley as a temporary fix. But, will that be an easy install, and will have to remove the entire compressor?

I wouldnt do that, go find a cheap compressor at the junk yard before you do that if you can.
