2000 Chevy Express Fuel Pump?

2000 Chevy Express V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I was at gas station, put gas in and the van wouldnt start, after a few minutes it did start. I drove it around 5 miles, shut it off and now it wont start. I have changed the fuel filter and the pump puts out a little gas. What can I do. Is there any other models that will interchange with this year. Someone told me I dot need the whole assembly just the pump. What do I do?

I'd use a full pressure gage and check for proper fuel pressure. If low or no fuel pressure, check for good voltage and ground at the pump. If everything checks out, suspect the pump.
