I have a 1988 Corvette with new plugs, plug wires, cap and rotor. Car has been checked for vacuum leaks and is good.
The check engine light would come on sometimes(an intermitten code) and the only code was for a bad maf sensor. I got a new maf but a mechanic said he took the new one off and it idled better. SO Im going to get a different new maf(ac delco)
Well my problem is when I first try to start the car it will usually just turn over and not start until the 2nd or 3rd time where it would slowly start to run. Cars fuel pressure has been checked and is good.
Usually if the car sits overnight it will start right up the next morning.
