Steering
I need to know how to get a steering plate lock of so that I can change the ignition switch can you please help

Remove the steering wheel and use two screw drivers to pry the locking plate cover. Push on the lock ring sufficiently to allow removal of the ring retainer, you will also need to use two screw drivers to do this. Remove the locking plate.
