1996 Chevy Corsica need help

My car i was driving and it just shut off.i change the wires and plugs and gas filter.and now it still wont stay running but it sounds like it wants to start.

Check idle air control valve, this valve is the usual culprit in these situations this is what keeps the engine getting the air it needs when your foot is not on the pedal. Check/replace if necessary, if this does not turn out to be the problem then please write back
