Welcome to the forum. Have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs, if you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Some of the name brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage, if you don't have one. Any trouble codes? How long since a tune-up?

You could be right. Borrow a fuel pressure gage somewhere and check it. When you first turn the key on, no crank, can you hear the pump run for a couple of seconds?

I'd have to check good voltage and ground at the fuel pump connector, engine cranking. I'm not worried about the prime, right now. Gray wire at the connector is voltage for pump motor. Solid black wire is ground. You need to check actual voltage reading.

The vehicle is obd 1, you should be able to check for any possible trouble codes yourself.

I have an older GM vehicle out front, has the sister engine to the corsica, replaced fuel pump once in 300K. Can't say about the S10.
