1994 chevy corsica

I was driving my corsica when parrel parking i noticesd smoke and some fluid coming out the temperature gauge was going up let it cool down and it looks like one of the belts is lose what do i do

I sounds like the water pump went out. The engine got warm from loss of coolant. The belt tenssioner might be bad but the belt could be loose because it got hot had and it was probaly wet from leaking coolant. The smoke was steam from coolant hitting the hot engine block. I would change the water pump, and flush the radeater. Happy Corsica.
