2006 Chevy Colorado Fan Switch


Fan switch only works on the Hi setting, same for the heater.

Sounds like the blower motor resistor assembly, located lower right side of dash near the blower motor

Your answer was right on the mark!
I called the Chevy Dealear for a replacement resistor assembly and was told they also have trouble with the connector, burnt and loose connection. I cleaned it up and the fan works fine. Sounds like they have a defective connector, but they will sell you a new one for $44.27.
