IT WILL CRANK BUT NOT TURN OVER I AM GETTING FUEL TO THE HIGH PRESSURE LINE BUT ITS NOT GOING INTO THE INTAKE

Sounds like you have a bad ignition module, you have no spark or injector pulse, considering the year I would replace the distributor, don't buy an A1 cardone, they use cheap modules, buy a GM distributor
