My son has a1991 pick up that we lowered, now the rear brakes "moan" when he slows to a stop. If he is running 35 or more and slows down there is no noise until he is almost at a dead stop. It seems to be more from the right rear but Im not sure. What can i do without converting to 4 wheel disc. Thanks

Have you checked to see if that rear wheel is holding with the brakes applied? May have a wheel cylinder, or adjustment problem. Primary and secondary shoes on right? Smaller shoe is the primary, and faces front!

Thanks I'll have to check that out, just trying to find some direction to start looking in.
