I have checked the codes and there isn't any, check the fuel pressure and it's at 52 psi, there is spark. The car turns over but just won't start. We've changed the fuel filter and it still won't start, it does turn over fine

Check and see if there is injector pulse at the fuel injector harnesses. Do you have a theft light on? Your theft system may be causing the concern

What is a theft light? This is a bootm of the line car, it was the cheapest I could buy when new. Do all Caviliers have this theft alert light?

LOL

My friend if your Anti Theft light is showing, that means you unwittingly engaged your anti theft feature (detailed in the manual) on your car.

Under the steering well near the floor well just to the left hand side, you should find a little push button switch. Push it once and then try starting your car :)

If that light was showing up then it is most likely that was what your problem was. A nifty little feature to prevent car theft.

And Cavalier's were hardly ever considered bottom of the line cars, they last great when properly maintained and taken care of and are very popular for fixing up and racing or using as show cars. They can also be quite powerful if you were lucky enough to get one with the Z24 sport engine and know how to tune it up.
