Engine overheating or the water pump is not up to snuff?

Hi guys, I am wondering, I just flushed out cooling system, replaced thermostat and installed a thermostat, purged the air as required. It seems that when the car reaches temp@ 193 thereabouts, the fan does come on as designed, but while the fan is running only cool air is pushed from the engine side of the rad. Since I have driven the car about 100 miles and the temp stayed at 190, I am thinking possibly the rad mat be restricted, or the water pump is not up to snuff. What do you think? I am not real sure! Thanks

Hello,

The engine operating temperature for your vehicle with the 2.2L engine is 190-200 F .
As you mentioned you vehicle stays around 190F, then it is within the typical range and the cooling system is operating as designed.
