1995 Chevy Cavalier no compression

I have zero compression on all cylinders. The valves and pistons are both moving. I can get it to backfire. I thought maybe it jumped time, but found out it has a chain. Any suggestions?

Hi there,

You will need to do an air pressure test to determine where the comp is going, start here.
