1994 Chevy Cavalier 94 Cavalier Auto Transmission Problem

The car moves fine. But it shifts at too low of rpm even when it's floored, and i was wondering if anybody knows how to adjust when it shifts??? Check your TV (Throttle Valve) cable, it may be broke/binding/out of adjustment. Depending on engine they look like this:
