1994 Chevy Cavalier 94 Cavalier Auto Transmission Problem

The car moves fine. But it shifts at too low of rpm even when it's floored, and i was wondering if anybody knows how to adjust when it shifts??? If you have any information about how to do this PLEASE tell me, it'll be greatly appreciated.

Check your TV (Throttle Valve) cable, it may be broke/binding/out of adjustment.
