1990 cavalier stalling at a stop

i have a 1990 cavalier z24 with 200640 miles on it. its got a lot. when i go to stop the rpms drop and bounce untill the car stops moving or i give it gas. it does it around turns too when im slowing down. i would donate more but its all i had on paypal. ill give more when i put more on.

Has it been tuned up? remember to use OEM parts, cheap tune up parts are exactly that- cheap parts. Remove the air intake tube and clean around the throttle plate inside the throttle body with some carb cleaner.
