Transmission problem

I have 2 questions, one is what is the best transmission fluid to use? The second is what are the best spark plugs to use and the correct setting on the guage?

I think I've got the hang of this now, the eight digit from left to right is "E", but from right to left it would be "M".

I will make a contribution when I get paid and will book mark this site to make sure that I do.

Thanks

E is the one. You have a 5.0 (307) engine. Non-police package. If you need to know.

The Auto lite spark plug number is "26". This is a standard resistor plug that I would change every 30-35,000 miles. The gap that needs to be set is.035".

Use some anti-seize on the threads but away from the electrode. Use silicone dielectric grease on the plug wire ends before you reattach them.
