Egine dies when put into drive

I have a 1970 el camino with a 350 , new intake,carb,cam and drive gears, new coil cap wires and plugs. when it idles it is ok but when i put into drive it turns off.........any suggestions

All show no go eh? Sounds like maybe the distributor? Or large vacuum leak.

New distibutor and no vacuum leaks anywhere? Got me stumped. Any other sugesstions.
