Still having a problem starting. Cranks and requires depressing the accelerator to start. It also misses when accelerating and runs rough for a while after starting. I have had it to the dealer several times and they can't fix it. They say no codes are set and the pressure regulator is OK and have checked everything. Any ideas?

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs if okay test the coolant temperature sensor, clean out the idle air control valve and EGR and PCV valves also test the TPS and MAP sensors-also check the fuel pressure.
