1995 Chevy Camaro engine revs up to red when started

When I start the car the engine revs up to the red zone. It does it in nuetral or in gear. It wont go back down, I have to kill the car. Please help

Your throttle cable could be kinked and throttle plate sticking that needs cleaning. Also have the idle air control valve and throttle position sensor checked out
