2001 Chevy Blazer Windsheild wiper

One of my windsheild wipers are slower than the other and they get tangled. How do I repair this? I think the slow one is going out.

Sounds like the slow one is not on correctly or is stripped. The wipers run by wiper linkage. If one is slow I susspect that the one is slipping or the wiper arm itself is stripped.
