The button to release my back window and the keyed button on the back does not release the window. The locking mechanism works and I can here it but it won't unlatch.

Hello if you can hear the lock working your going to have to crawl in the back and try to pull the plastic panel back with out breaking it and release the lock from the inside. They will sometimes stick if not used alot.

I have tried to get the paneling off. I pulled and even tried to pri-it open but it won't come off. I've looked at other blazers and there are 2 screws directly behind the window and I think those are holding the paneling on. Is there a trick too getting it off without busting the panel.

Hell those 2 screws you see don't hold the panel in place they will be on the outside. One more thing you can try is to have someone push on the glass while you try to unlock it at the same time, this will take presure off the lock a little.
