2000 Chevy Blazer wont sturnover confused and frustated

My 2000 chevy blazer lt had an issue on not wanting to turn over the batteries been replaced good starting power acting like no fuel getting up tried starting fuelturns over but dies soon after dont know where to go from here can you help
ive seen on line that several people with the same issues have replaced fuel pump o2sensor my tanks full oh and where is a pressure regulater on the vehicle some one said to check that please help its my wifes car

Have you checked for spark and fuel to the engine?

Yes I checked all that but during my research ive found that that vehicle with in 2 yrs has a defective fuel pump and guage that shorts out over time I have since replaced at a cost of 700+ dollors 300+ for the pump alone check your local kragens or auto zone wow
the vehicle now runs nicely push your local shevy dealer mechanic he will tell you
