I've had my blazer for a while. Had a tune about a year ago. Been driving with no problems what so ever.

Drove it in the morning, parked it for about 5 hours, then came back. I started right up with no problems as it normally does. After driving it for about 40 minutes, I parked it again for about 4 hours and now it wont start.

Wen i turn the key it cranks up and turns over but the engine wont start.

What do you think could be the problem?

Please help. Thanks

Hello, I'm Danny.

Off the top of my head I would suggest checking the fuel pressure. Most auto parts stores have a tool loaning program and can rent you a pressure tester. Here is a tutorial showing what is involved:

Without knowing your engine size/info I would guess the pressure should be between 50-60 p.s.i.
Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

This could be a number of things. We need to check fuel and ignition. Assuming it was running well and compression is okay, fuel and ignition are the other two needed items.

Check for fuel by spraying starter fluid in the intake and see if it starts. If it still doesn't start then we most like have an ignition issue. Pull a plug and hold it against the block and crank the engine and see if it sparks.

If you have no spark then the crank sensor is the most likely cause. Let me know what you find and we can go from there. Thanks
