When I start up my Blazer and turn on the A/C, it almost always start working right away. Recently when I start up the vehicle, the A/C compresser turns on like normal, but no air will blow. I'll Drive about a half a block down the street, more or less, Then the blower kicks on and everthing is fine again, for a while that is. Usually I keep everything in the on position when I turn off the car, so when I use my Remote start its already blowing cool air. Also there are two main A/C settings on the blazer. A/C MAX and A/C. Should the air stop blowing, On A/C MAX there is no wind at all, but if I have it on A/C, it doesn't start blowing regularly but you can feel it blow minutely.

Hi corley45,

Thank you for the donation.

Problem could be due to a failing fan motor or its control.

When problem occurs, give the blower motor housing some banging with your fist and if the blower starts working correctly, the fan motor is failing due to worn brushes and replacement is due.
