I have a 95 chevy blazer 4 door 4x4. 4.3 L vortec. I would like to put a small block 350 into it. I was wondering what is everything I would need to change/modify ( mounts, wiring, sensors, years of motors, etc.) Is this a good idea?

Changing from a 6 cylinder to a v8 you would need to change the motor mounts, exhaust, transmssion to handle the increase horspower you might get away with the rear end and front drive axle but remember they were for a six cylinder. The computer would most likely have to be changed also. It can be done. You can check with summit racing. Com they have most everything you would need and can direct you further in replacing the engine.
