1994 Chevy Blazer fuel pressure regulator

The car runs too rich when hot, stalls on slow speed pull off. Starts only when the throttle is held full open.

How can I check the fuel pressure regulator. Where is it, and what does it look like?

Is it a TBI or CPI system?

It's a TBI system. The problem is intermittent, but seems worse If I have to drive slowly in heavy traffic
