1994 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 190000 miles
The car runs too rich when hot, stalls on slow speed pull off. Starts only when the throttle is held full open.
How can I check the fuel pressure regulator. where is it, and what does it look like?

It's a TBI system. The problem is intermittent, but seems worse If I have to drive slowly in heavy traffic
